Lo and behold, we get a check the next day (dated March 16th) for near $1542.75 instead of applying it to our account.Today, I was provided a rate confirmation by AAA Cooper, a BOL, also provided by AAA Cooper, and a pickup confirmation also provided by, you guessed it, AAA Cooper. He stated, "it does matter, you haven't been paying your bill." I told him to cancel the order, as we're still waiting on AAA Cooper to settle a $1542.75 claim and it's been several months. He asked if it was going to be prepay or collect, which we have an open, active account with AAA Cooper. The threats continued to take the freight back or face storage fees until communication stopped.A few weeks ago, I scheduled a pallet and received a call from our local terminal.

Their claims department was seemingly nonexistent. A claim was filed after the receiver notified us of the damage, yet during that time (January '23) the terminal manager started emailing threatening storage fees. Online payments isn't an option with them.Second issue, they damaged a transfer switch in Novembusting the screen. How did I figure this out after years of sending a check a month? They applied all of one month ($1716.11) to a $268.08 shipment and marked the rest of the Pro's late. They needed each individual shipment labelled with exactly how much to apply to each Pro. You can't send them a check for $2700 for the months worth of shipments. Say we had several pallets go out for the month and had a total of $2700. First problem, we had was their billing department.
#AAA COOPER TRACKING LTL DRIVER#
Their local terminal seems ok, with a few bad apples, but overall our rep and driver were fantastic people. What's it going to take to get a decent LTL carrier? I'll preface with we've had a relationship with AAA Cooper for years.
